Tesco British Semi Skimmed Longlife Milk 6X1l
Price: £4.75 | Type: Refund | Purchase Date: Never

    Basic information:
I have never bought tesco branded milk in my life. Shit, I don't even drink milk LOL! - I emailed tesco saying that their milk was sour and that I'd thrown it away. I told them that I purchase this product regularly (they want to keep their loyal customers) and that I knew what the milk should normally taste like. I also explicitly said that I still had a receipt (if they think you can prove it, they aren't really going to ask you to...) but I threw the milk out (so I couldn't take it back in-store). I'm also sorry but, I don't have a copy of the original email I sent them.

    Email I got after:
    Dear Customer,

    Thanks for your email.

Your feedback is really important and we’re aiming to be back in touch with a personal response within 24 hours. This might vary during busier times but we’ll do our best to reply as soon as we can.

    Kind regards,

    Kate Gough
    Customer Service Operations Manager

I received a call about 20 minutes ago asking for my post code, and the first line of my address. I was then notified that I would recieve a £5 tesco card within the next 10 days.

I'm waiting for an email from Rockstar right now (and a bunch of other companies). I'll try Mountain Dew later.
Wish you the best buddy, just remember they aren't as stupid as Amazon so you'll need to say something believable.

And don't fucking dare use Milk like I did, you'll get us both done haha.

Feel free to post the outcome below. It'll be nice to have a record of other peoples success using the methods I post.

    Yeah tesco don't really care.
Done this before on an online shop and said they had sent the wrong type of item (they hadn't) and they just refunded me and we got to keep the items.

I'd probably have to contact the company that makes mountain dew. I specifically used tesco brand milk for this.
    Can't wait to see!

There online delivery is a fucking joke though. They once delivered the weekly shop with no cheese and they said they had no replacements. No cheese in the whole Tesco extra store? I don't think so. We complained and a staff member drove his car to our house just to deliver some cheese, can't complain at that.
