Yum Yum Instant Noodles Chicken 60 g (Pack of 30)
Price: £8.25 | Type: Reorder | Purchase Date: 16th March 2015

Basic information:
Picked this out of a bunch of shit in my order history to start with just because I knew it would be easy as hell. Noodles have a long expiry date, and it would be highly reasonable for a box this big to not have been eaten yet (I ate the whole fucking box within a month). I decided to get a reorder instead of a refund because they are actually nice noodles and it will save me a lot of money having 30 days of free noodles for breakfast.

Transcript:
Initial Question: The Noodles I ordered seem to have gone off long before their expiry date.

(Amazon): Good evening, my name is (rep name). I am sorry to hear about the problem you had with your item.
Please may I know the expiry date on it?
(Me): i dont remember because when i noticed that they had tasted bad i threw them out but im pretty sure it was definitely some time after 2015
i still have the package it was delivered in i will check if it has it there hold on
(Amazon): Sure
(Me): i found it
30th november 2015
(Amazon): Thank you for confirming.
Please may I know if you want replacement or refund for this order?
(Me): i would like a replacement please
they are very good noodles i was just disappointed to find that they had expired very early
(Amazon): But you mentioned that the expiry date was 30 November 2015.
So they were not expired.
(Me): i mean that they had went off very early
by 'early' i mean before the expiry date on the package
(Amazon): Thank you for confirming.
(Me): no problem
(Amazon): Could you please be on hold for two minutes while I check this for you?
(Me): ok
(Amazon): Thank you for waiting.
(Me): no problem
(Amazon): I've placed a new order for the item to be sent to the same address.
Guaranteed delivery by: Monday, 13 July 2015
(Me): thank you very much for your help :)
(Amazon): You are welcome :)
Is there anything else I can help you with today?
(Me): no thank you

"So they were not expired." LOL that Amazon worker got cheeky. Anyway, can't wait to see some bigger things, looks interesting, might give it a go. Would also be nice to see things that aren't just Amazon.

LMFAO I legit though I'd fucked up at that point. Will try to do as much as I can off-Amazon but Amazon is pretty much one of the easiest things to Social Engineer on.

I'm waiting for some emails from a bunch of different companies right now.
